We do this to ensure our markets are safe for our corproate users and can operate at best price. On this page we list out the submissions we need from you. If you plan to list on BlankFX please contact us on [listing@blankfx.org](mailto:listing@blankfx.org) and send your documents in one package. We'll review and will get in touch if we need further clarification. #### A Note to our Users: A token that passed our listing due diligence means it passed this review at a point in time. This isn't investment advice or a guarantee of the peg for the stablecoin. *** ## What to send ### Corporate & regulatory | Item | Notes | | ------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Certificate of incorporation or registry extract | — | | Regulatory basis you issue under | License, e-money/EMT authorization, trust charter — or, if not yet licensed, a short statement of your legal basis | | Ownership summary | Beneficial owners ≥ 25% and all directors | | Named contacts | Email and Telephone numbers of a Compliance contact + a technical/incident contact reachable within 24 hours | ### Reserves & redemption | Item | Notes | | -------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Independent reserve attestations | Min. monthly cadence expected; most recent report no older than \~2 months at review. Full audits welcome, attestations are our baseline | | Real-time reserve publicatons | A website or API to querry your real time reserves and real time token issuance data. | | Reserve composition | Asset classes, custodian/bank names, jurisdictions where fiat assets are held | | Redemption terms | Who can redeem directly, minimums/maximums, fees, timelines, SLAs and any suspension/gating rights you hold | | Peg history disclosure | Any material deviation (5%+) in the past 24 months, with cause and resolution | ### Token & technical | Item | Notes | | ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Official contract addresses | On Ethereum chain, sourced from your own domain or a signed message — we won't list from an unofficial source | | Native vs. bridged | If you list tokens on other chains, provide contract links for native issuance or bridged, and which bridge | | Smart-contract audit report(s) | For the deployed contracts, including any proxy | | Control disclosure | Is the contract upgradeable and who holds admin; who can mint/burn; is there a freeze/blacklist/pause power and under what policy; what protects those keys (multisig threshold, MPC, HSM) | ### Compliance | Item | Notes | | ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | AML/CFT program summary | Who runs it, how you perform it, what technology services you work with - including identifiy checks and travel rule data provision | | Sanctions statement | Screening on your direct customers + your freeze-cooperation policy | | Restricted jurisdictions | Your own list of restricted jurisdictions | | Litigation & enforcement | Anything material in the past 2 years, or a statement that there is none | *** ## What happens after you submit Send everything above in one email. We confirm receipt and will treat your data as confidential. We check your submission against public sources — on-chain data, registries, published attestations, market data. Standard review with a complete package may take less than two weeks. We will inform you and in the case of a positive decision work with you to start the listing and trading of the token. *** ## After you're listed * Keep your attestations current — a lapse triggers a re-review. * Tell us promptly about: reserve impairment, redemption suspension, use of a freeze/blacklist power affecting BlankFX pools or contracts, a contract upgrade, a key compromise, or regulatory action against you. * We do an annual refresh of the same checklist and may request a more frequent update if we notice material changes. If we ever need to delist a token, we give notice and a wind-down window wherever that's consistent with user safety — an instant pause or pull is a last resort. *** ## Get started Send your package to **[listings@blankfx.org](mailto:listings@blankfx.org)**.
